Studio Pepe was created with a simple ambition: to build the kind of restaurant people naturally want to spend time in.

Located in the heart of Berawa, Canggu, Studio Pepe is an Italian-inspired restaurant shaped by the social culture of Italy, Australian dining culture and the relaxed pace of life in Bali. More than simply a place to eat, it brings together generous food, thoughtful design and genuine hospitality in a way that feels effortless rather than traditional.

The menu takes inspiration from classic Italian cooking, with dishes designed for the middle of the table and made to be shared. The experience moves just as naturally through the day, from long lunches into aperitivo, dinner and late evenings, where conversation has a habit of lasting longer than the meal itself.

Behind Studio Pepe are Pablo Fourcard and Jordie Strybos, founders of Banksia Group.

Since 2012, the group has created some of Bali’s most recognised venues, including Milk & Madu and Longtime, building a reputation for considered design, thoughtful hospitality and places people return to.

Studio Pepe continues that philosophy with a fresh take on Italian dining in Canggu.
